About Me

Hello I’m Sandesh, mother of two and midwife of 20 years.

My midwifery journey has taken me through all areas of maternity, from independent midwifery, specialising in home births, to busy London hospitals. Throughout my experience I have seen many women struggle with the physical and emotional consequences of

pregnancy, childbirth and miscarriage. I know that a holistic approach is such an effective way to heal and recover.

In 2022, I launched this service to provide a caring space for women to feel empowered, knowing that they can survive their experience, whatever it may be, feeling strong and sure of their potential. I compliment my experience and knowledge by using different therapies bespoke to my clients’ needs. The techniques I use include EFT/Tapping, Matrix Reimprinting and matrix birth re-imprinting - all energy therapies which are designed to improve wellbeing, both physically and emotionally.

My Approach

My approach is to help clients find their own way through their issues. I have spent years studying the mind body connection and I love the way that techniques the I use are so gentle (but ever so powerful) in getting to the roots of issues and can help shift the energy, dissolve blockages, release negative mind sets and physical ailments.I spent my midwifery career supporting, uplifting and guiding women through their pregnancy & birth journey and it fills me with joy that I can now do the same through EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting. These are wonderful tools that can create change and locate that unique power within all of us.I have had the pleasure and honour of supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss and motherhood and have seen how these gentle techniques can assist in all these areas, helping both the emotional and the physical.
